As a goodwill gesture, we will be happy to offer an exchange or credit note for unused wallpaper & borders, if returned within one calendar month of purchase, with your till receipt, and in the original packaging.
Book orders & Bespoke orders are non-returnable.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
If goods are faulty we will give a full refund (proof of purchase required).
If we are unable to determine if the product is faulty or has been misused, we will seek advice from the manufacturer taking 2-3 weeks (we reserve the right to charge for this service in the event that no fault is found).
