Room & Furniture Transformations with Paint

Prep: Washed down with Sugar Soap. The surface is lightly sanded to give a key to the new paint. No primer needed.

Browning Wax Hack (base layer)

Material: Varnished Pine

Colour: Creme de la Creme

Method: Two coats of base colour. 5-10 minutes after the second coat, drag the brush over the surface to create a subtle texture. Spin the brush to create a few "knotts"

Browning Wax Hack (top wax coat)

Material: Varnished Pine

Colour: Browning Wax

Method: Once the Frenchic paint has fully dried, apply a fine layer of browning wax to the surface (using a brush). Allow this to fall into the textures you have created with the dragging of the base coat during the drying period. Slightly buff to even out the colour where you feel necessary.

Browning Wax Hack (top wax coat)

Material: Varnished Pine

Colour: Browning Wax
